    • Versatile, passionate and highly accomplished senior management professional offering over 15 years of experience in the areas of marketing, communications, brand proposition, brand positioning, brand creation, content marketing, event organization and public relations (PR), change management, internal communications, key accounts management, social media, community management and client relations with blue chip companies and advertising agencies.
    • Brand Director, Communications Manager and an astute leader with leadership and management skills and rich exposure to Telco brands, but also activation of a wide variety of (global) brands from different categories that live in highly competitive markets.

    Key achievements against the responsibilities across career span:

    • Responsible for brand identity, brand architecture, brand and marketing comms strategy, internal and external communications for the labels: Nuts Groep, Budget, NLE & NLEx. Main achievements:  development and execution of a) brand identity & brand architecture for Nuts Groep; b) rebranding and brand architecture of the Budget label:  created a consistent brand storyline, look & feel (photography and illustrations) and tone-of- voice for all Budget products
    • Experienced in leading big complex projects for global brands by managing different cross functional departments and teams. For example:  for Vodafone Netherlands (leading the brand transformation in- and externally  from “Make the most of Now’ to “Power to you”), for Ooredoo Group (global re-launch from Q-tel to Ooredoo) and Ooredoo Qatar (Project/Program Director for the  ITU Telecom Conference)
    • Part of the team setting up (global) sponsorship agreements and organising sponsorship activations with Lionel Messi and Paris Saint-Germain for Ooredoo
    • Played a crucial role in relaunching the global brand Q-Tel to Ooredoo for both Ooredoo Group and Ooredoo Qatar from both agency and client slide
    • Excellent account services leader for advertising agencies Leo Burnett en JWT Qatar: adept at turning difficult client relationships into positive relationships, creating the best conditions to deliver highly creative output, excellent people manager skills, always driving results in terms of budget management and profitability.     • Developed and led on a sponsorship activation program with Lewis Hamilton for Vodafone Netherlands
    • Multiple nominations for highly creative output for the offline and online campaigns for Vodafone Netherlands and agencies
    • Successful development and execution of recruitment campaign for Vodafone Netherlands moving to Amsterdam; hired 150 highly qualified people within 8 months through delivering creative effective campaigns.
